World Championship of Legends 2024 - All you need to know

Pakistan, India, Australia, England, West Indies, and South Africa will compete in WCL 2024.

World Champion League approved by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the WCL 2024 T20 tournament will be played at Edgbaston and Northampton Shire County Cricket Club in the United Kingdom. The WCL will feature Pakistan, India, Australia, England, West Indies and South Africa teams.

International stars like Brett Lee, Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh, Ben Cutting, Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Younis Khan, Jacques Kallis, JP Duminy, Dale Steyn, Chris Gayle, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina, Daren Sammy, Dwayne Smith, Kevin Pietersen, Ian Bell, Ravi Bopara and Samit Patel will feature in the tournament.

The World Championship of Legends will begin on Wednesday, July 3 and end on Saturday, July 13. The competition will see the return of the bowl-out format to decide a winner in case of a tie.

The tournament will feature six teams participating in a single round-robin format across 18 matches. The tournament opener will see India taking on hosts England on July 3 at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham. Fans will also see the high-octane India vs Pakistan clash, played at the Edgbaston Stadium on Saturday, July 6. India will take on Australia on July 8.

Fans can watch the live coverage of the WCL T20 league on the PTV Sports channel in Pakistan while the live streaming of the World Championship of Legends 2024 will be available on the Tamasha app.
