New Zealand Delegation Visits Rawalpindi Stadium, Commends Security Measures

New Zealand is scheduled to visit Pakistan in April for five T20Is.

A delegation from New Zealand toured the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, expressing complete satisfaction with the security arrangements for the upcoming tour of the Kiwi cricket team to Pakistan.

The New Zealand security delegation, led by Heath Mills, Chief Executive Officer of the New Zealand Players Association, and security consultant Reg Dickason, held discussions with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi regarding the arrangements and security plan for the New Zealand cricket team's visit to Pakistan.


Pakistan Cricket Team to Train with Army To ‘Improve Fitness


PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi assured the Kiwi delegation of foolproof security arrangements for the team, emphasizing that the New Zealand cricket team is considered a guest in Pakistan, and the best security measures will be implemented.

The New Zealand security delegation visited the Pindi Cricket Stadium, where they expressed satisfaction with the security arrangements and plans for the Kiwi team's visit. The delegation was briefed on the security measures taken by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). PCB Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer, Director of the Security Department Col. Khalid, and Director International Usman Wahla were also present during the visit.

It is worth noting that Pakistan recently toured New Zealand for five T20Is in January. Now, New Zealand is scheduled to make a return visit to Pakistan in April for five T20Is.
