National Junior Tennis Championships -2023 continues at PTF - SDA Tennis Complex Islamabad. On Day 4 semis under different categories were played.
Islamabad: The Pakistan Tennis Federation is pleased to inform you that the Islamabad National Junior Tennis Championships - 2023 continued at PTF-SDA Tennis Complex Islamabad.
Many junior boys and girls from all over Pakistan are participating in the championships. In a message, the President – PTF Senator Salim Saifullah Khan appreciated the PTF Management's efforts in providing all possible assistance to ITA and the Sponsor for the successful conduct of the event in a highly professional manner.
In the boys Under 18 Singles first Semifinals, Hamza Roman beat Saalar Khan in an exciting three-set match 6-1, 5-7, 7-5. The match took many turns and kept the crowd on its toes. In another match M. Hamza Aasim bt Kashan Tariq 6-2,6-2
In the Girls Under 18 Singles-Semi-Finals: Amna Ali Qayum bt Hibba Omar 6-0,6-0
Boys Under 14 Singles-Semi-Finals: Haziq Asim bt Nabeel Ali Qayum5-3, 4-2; Amir Mazari bt Razik Sultan 4-0, 4-0
Boys & Girls Under 12 Singles-Semi-Finals: Shayan Afridi bt Waqas Janas 5-4(4), 4-0 while M.Junaid Khan bt Razik Sultan 5-3, 3-5, 4-0.
The Boys Under 18 Singles-Final will be played tomorrow, 28 October 2023, at 2:00 PM, followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony.
