Legendary Ali Sadpara’s dead body found on K2
The dead bodies of Muhammad Ali Sadpara, John Snorri, Juan Pablo Mohr found near the bottle neck of K2 8611-M, over five months after they went missing.
According to Secretary Alpine Club of Pakistan Karrar Haidri the dead bodies of Muhammad Ali Sadpara, John Snorri, Juan Pablo Mohr found near the bottle neck of K2 8611-M, over five months after they went missing.
Karrar Haidri stated that it is very difficult to bring the dead bodies down from the high altitude, Army Aviation is helping in this regards. John Snorii body will be moved to Iceland as requested by his wife Lina.
"The team found the second body when they were 300m away from the Bottleneck. They were able to identify it as Sadpara's. Another 100m away, they found Snorri's body."
Mother and sister Of John Pablo already decided to bring back the dead body to their country.
“May they rest in peace (Ameen). My thoughts and prayers with the families of climbers.” Karrar Haidri said.
