Farhan Mehboob advances to second round in Chicago Open
Tournament’s 6 seeded Farhan Mehboob defeated Canada’s unseeded Shawn Delierre in the first round of Chicago Open squash Tournament 2017 in straight sets.
Pakistan’s No.1 and World No. 45 Squash player Farhan Mehboob out classed Canada’s World No. 76 player Shawn Delierre in the first round of Life Time Chicago Open 2017 and moved to the second round of the tournament.
The winning score of Farhan Mehboob was 11-2, 11-5, and 11-7.
6 seeded Mehboob will play his next round match against tournaments 2nd seeded and World No. 27 player Egypt’s Omar Abdel Meguid on Saturday 21st October at 5:00 AM (pst).
Omar Abdel Meguid overpowered American Alvin Heumann in straight sets. Winning score of Omer was 11-7, 11-7 and 11-7.
It is also to be mention here that tournament’s 7th seeded US player Tod Harrity defeated Pakistan’s Farhan Zaman in 1st round match with the score of 11-5, 11-8 and 11-8 in straight sets.
