Aisam Ul Haq registers first win in shanghai open
Pakistani tennis star Aisam ul Haq registers first round win in men's double category of Shanghai Masters tennis tournament with Polish duo of Matkoski.
Aisam and Matkoski defeated French Pair of Andrian Manreno and Banwit pear in straight sets. The winning score of unseeded Pak-Polish duo was 6-4 & 6-2. Aisam and his polish partner now moved to the pre-quarter final stage (2nd round) of the tournament.
It is pertinent to mention here that Aisam won 16 ATP titles in his career and won all pervious 5 titles of 2017 with different partners.
Aisam and Matkoski will play against fifth seeded pair of Croatian, Ivan Dodig and Spanish, Marcel Granollers in per-quarter finals of the tournament on Thursday, 12 October 2017 at 7pm (PST).
Aisam is currently ranked world no. 29 player in ATP doubles events.
