Saadi Abbas continues to chase Olympic dream at Karate-1 Premier League in Portugal
Pakistan’s top Karateka Saadi Abbas' Olympic dream has led him to Lisbon, Portugal where he is set to feature in the Karate 1-Premier League, which will take place from April 30 to May 2 in a bid to qualify for sports' grandest stage.

The two-time Commonwealth Games Gold medalist, Saadi, who is ranked 24th, needs a top five finish in the minus 75Kg competition if he is to make it to the world’s most prestigious event.
This event will help him to get in good form ahead of World Qualifying round which is slated to be held in June 11-13 in Paris from where three fighters from each weight category will make it to the Olympics.
