World no.132 Nasir Iqbal, Madina Zafar emerge winners of BISL 4 Southern Punjab International Squash Tournament 2021
Nasir Iqbal, who in 2020 won 8 consecutive PSA title and Madina Zafar claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles, respectively at the DHA Arena in Multan.
For the first time in 2021, the Challenger Tour moved to Asian shores this week, with the BISL 4 Southern Punjab International Squash Tournament 2021 which wrapped up successfully at the DHA Arena in Multan.
Nasir Iqbal, who in 2020 won 8 consecutive PSA title and Madina Zafar claimed the men’s and women’s singles titles, respectively.
Fifth seed Nasir Iqbal won against World no.64 Asim Khan as at 9-10 scores, top seed Asim retired hurt, and gifting the men’s title to Nasir Iqbal.

With this victory Nasir Iqbal earned World no.132 spot in World ranking.
The top seed Madina Zafar, who is currently at her highest ever World Ranking which is World No.93, routed sixth seed Zaynab Khan in just 15 minutes.
Madina was home with 11-3, 11-4, 11-5.
The prize money for the men’s and women’s events USD6,000 each, were distributed among the winners.
