Irfan Mehsood registers his 39th World Record for Pakistan
Pakistani martial artist, Irfan Mehsood, has registered his 39th Guinness World Record by achieving the latest of the most star jumps in one minute.
Pakistani martial artist, Irfan Mehsood, has registered his 39th Guinness World Record by achieving the latest of the most star jumps in one minute.
Irfan did 36 star jumps in one minute carrying an 80lb pack. The record was attempted in Dera Ismail Khan on 14th December, 2020. He has also received an official email and confirmation from Guinness.
Irfan Mehsud broke this world record of UK's PD Doyle. Britain's Paddy Doyle did 28 star jumps in one minute with a weight of 80 pounds.
Irfan Mehsud broke the record by jumping 36 stars with a weight of 80 pounds. Paddy Doyle set this record in 2013 which was named after Irfan Mehsud of Pakistan 8 years later.
It is permitted to mention here that 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records recognised Paddy Doyle as “The World Fitness Endurance Champion”.
Irfan is a passionate record breaker with several records already under his belt.
He continues to break several records in the name of his country and hopes to encourage the youth of his area to get more involved physical fitness and sports.
