On the second day of Soneri Bank Polo Cup 2020, Remington Pharma, Noon and Black Horse Paints registered victories at Lahore Polo Club ground, Lahore.
In the first match of the day, Remington Pharma trounced Zacky Farms by 6½-6. From the winning side, which had a half goal handicap advantage, Agha Musa Ali Khan emerged as hero of the day by firing in fabulous five goals, while Farasat Ali Chatha struck the remaining one goal. From the losing side, Mustafa Aziz scored a quarter while Nazar Dean Ali Khan and Mian Hussain Iftikhar hit one goal apiece.
The second match of the day saw Noon outsmarting Magic River by 9-4½. From the winning team, Taimur Noon played superbly and excelled for his side with a four-goal haul while he was ably assisted by Saifullah Noon (3 goals) and Aleem Yar Tiwana (2 goals). From the losing side, Hassan Agha Khan and Junaid Safdar scored one goal apiece.
In the third match of the day, Black Horse Paints routed RIJAS Property by 7-3½. Bilal Noon was star of the day from winning side by scoring five goals while Ch Hassan Mansoor struck the remaining two goals. From the losing side, which had a half goal advantage, Mir Shoaib, Faisal Shahzad and Faris Nooruddin hit one goal apiece.
