Pakistani apex professional boxer and former World No. 1 Mohammad Waseem has started tough training in Glasgow for his future fights.

Pakistani apex professional boxer and former World No. 1 Mohammad Waseem has started tough training in Glasgow with Danny Vaughan ahead of his next pro fight which is scheduled in December.


“My quarantine will end this weekend, but I have been in tough training,” Waseem told ‘The News’ from Glasgow in a detailed chat.

The 31 year old boxer from Quetta, said there is no boxer currently in his gym in Glasgow and he trains alone.

Mohammad ‘The Falcon’ Waseem, currently stands fourth in the IBF world rankings. The top two positions are vacant and he could be a world title challenger.


“I am training two times a day and I feel I am getting my rhythm back,” the two-time former WBC world flyweight silver champion said.

Waseem, holds an incredible professional record of total 11 fights with only a single loss, while winning ten with seven knock-outs.
