Faqeer Colony boxing collects 3 Gold, 1 Silver in Liaqat Ali Khan Day Boxing Event
Faqeer Colony boxing club secured 3 gold & 1 silver medals to win the Liaqat Ali Khan Day Boxing Event which concluded at Ustad Ali Muhammad Qambrani Boxing Stadium Kakri Ground Lyari (South).
Karachi South Boxing Association in collaboration with Sindh Boxing Association organized the Liaqat Ali Khan Day Boxing Event which concluded successfully at Ustad Ali Muhammad Qambrani Boxing Stadium Kakri Ground Lyari ( South ).
Faqeer Colony boxing club claimed the 3 gold and 1 silver medals to win the first position on the one day event.
About 64 pugilists participated, and fighters in their respective categories were seen competing against each other with all their might so as to earn top honors in the event.
All the fights were contested under the supervision of qualified referee that includes: Abdul Rafau Quershi, Lal Muhammad Fida Hussain., Abdul Waheed, Nawab Ali, Abdul Rasheed, Muhammad Farooq, Gulzar Ahmed , Muhammad Akbar and Raheem Jan.
Vice President SOA Eng Syed Mehfoozul Haq graced the closing ceremony as a chief guest while Mr Ahmed Ali Rajput(Gen.Secretary SOA),Olympian Malang Baloch,International Boxer M.Sisdiq Qambrani,Mr M.Asghar Baloch have also attended the ceremony.
