Muhammad Rashid breaks India's Guinness World Record by crushing 254 walnuts with head
Muhammad Rashid, a leading martial art expert in Pakistan, has snatched another Guinness World Record from arch-rivals India by cracking 254 walnuts head to head in a minute.
Muhammad Rashid, the martial artist hailing from Karachi, has many Guinness World Records to his name.
A serial record breaker & black belt holder, Muhammad Rashid has earned Pakistan fame at international level by defeating S.Navin Kumar from India by cracking the most walnuts, head to head in a minute.
In doing so, Rashid has successfully cracked 254 walnuts whereas, Kumar cracked 239.

Earlier, Rashid snatched Guinness World Record from another arch-rivals India, crushing 256 walnuts with elbow in one minute.
In 2017, Rashid in another world record pulverized 77 cans in just 60 seconds at an event organised by Associazione Cons.erva in Gemona, Italy.
In the same year, he also set a new world record by smashing 43 coconuts with his head in just 60 seconds.
Muhammad Rashid Naseem has set a total of 60 individual world records and 15 along his team 'Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts' which became the only academy in the world which has set 75 world records.
