The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is gearing up to establish the wooden Velodrome in Pakistan at Gari Baloch Peshawar.
Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is gearing up to establish the wooden Velodrome in Pakistan at Gari Baloch Peshawar.
The velodrome, at an approximate cost of Rs100 million in Peshawar will be the second City of Pakistan after Lahore to have such facility which was constructed some 50-year back.
It will satisfy the Olympic standards of 250 meters in boundary and goals to develop and promote competitive and recreational cycling in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The structural configuration is finished and acquisition of land for the venture has just been completed.
Construction work is going to begin soon.
