Karachi Whites collects men & women titles of Defense Day Sepaktakraw Championship 2020
Defense Day Sepaktakraw Championship 2020 concluded successfully with the Karachi Whites claiming the Men and women's titles at North Karachi Gymkhana in Karachi.
On the occasion of Defense Day, Sindh Sepaktakraw Association and in collaboration with Pakistan Sepaktakraw Federation organized Defense Day Sepaktakraw Championship at North Karachi Gymkhana in Karachi.
In the men’s competition, Karachi Whites defeated Karachi Green with the final scores of 21-15 and 21-16.
In the women's event, Karachi Whites also won the championship by defeating Karachi Blues 21-17 and 21-14.
The chief guest of the closing ceremony was Engineer Mahfooz-ul-Haq while Senior Vice President, Sindh Olympic Association and Ghulam Muhammad Khan was the Guests of Honor.
On this occasion, Chairman Sindh Sepaktakraw Association Dr Muhammad Arif Hafeez, President Shabir Ahmed, Member Selection Committee Arif Waheed Khan, President Karachi Sepaktakraw Association Ejaz Ahmed, Ghulam Muhammad Khan, President Sindh Boxing Association Asghar Baloch, Sindh Tennis Vice President Khalid Rahmani and Secretary General of Pakistan Sepaktakraw Federation Noshad Ahmad Khan also addressed the gathering and distributed prizes among the players.
