Unseeded & lone Pakistani Tayyab Aslam sets for the tough challenge at Manchester Open

Pakistan number one squash player Taayab Aslam is all set to compete at Manchester Open, this PSA Silver tournament will be held from September 16 till 22.

The PSA World Tour will make a long-awaited return when the world’s top players line up at the Manchester Open, this PSA Silver competition will be held from September 16 till 22.

Pakistan number one squash player Taayab Aslam is the only Pakistan who will represent the country at Manchester Open.

Unseeded Tayyab is drawn against ninth seed Miguel Rodriguez of Columbia in the first round.

Lahore born Tayyab has improved his PSA ranking rankings, as he was a 48th ranked PSA player, yet toward the start of this current month, he climbed to 41st in PSA rankings

The tournament will be held behind closed doors.

Men’s draw will include the entirety of the top 10, with World No.1 Mohamed ElShorbagy featuring the draw ahead of World No.2 Ali Farag, World No.3 Karim Abdel Gawad and World Champion Tarek Momen.
