PJJF to hold Anti-Doping virtual seminar today
Pakistan Jiu-Jitsu Federation (PJJF) will host a national anti-doping virtual seminar on Wednesday (today) at 9:00 pm.
In continuation of its educational webinar series, Pakistan Jiu-Jitsu Federation (PJJF) will host a national anti-doping virtual seminar on Wednesday (today) for all its affiliated bodies, officials and competitors.
The webinar is scheduled to begin from at 9:00 pm.
It is part of the series of anti-doping webinars organised by Ju Jitsu Asian Union. The upcoming webinar will be held in the local language to better assist players and coaches to understand prohibited list, substances and strategies that may place major parts in hot waters.
It will be followed by another webinar being conducted by the Jiu-Jitsu Asian Union throughout the week in English.
The seminar will be conducted by sports medicine and doping control expert Dr Ucksy Mallick, president of Sports Medicine Association of Pakistan and member of Anti Doping & Education Committee of JJAU, and Dr Warda Hameed, member of Medical Committee of JJAU.
The PJJF has the honor to introduce this kind of webinar and educational program to its athletes and coaches for the first time in Pakistan. More than 4 educational activities have been held in this respect in the recent past.
Mr.Tariq Ali, Associate Secretary of Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation (PJJF) shall be organizing and hosting the webinar on behalf of PJJF.
