80 prominent teams from the city partook in the event with all matches were played on turf wickets.

The competition, which is being organised by Rising Star CC with the consent of Pakistan Cricket Board had already reached the quarter-final phase and restarts with Alamgir Gymkhana taking on Shameel CC in the first of knockout fixtures at the KCCA Stadium.

Dawood Sports face Airport Gymkhana at the TMC Ground on Thursday, while Pakistan CC meets Al-Noor Gymkhana at the KCCA Stadium.

Bilal Friends were the only club to make it to the semi-finals and they will play winners of the Dawood Sports-Airport Gymkhana match at the TMC Ground on Sept 8. The other semi-final will held at the TMC Ground on the same date.

As per PCB domestic tournament rules, all matches will be played on 45 overs per side, starting at 10:00am.
