The sixth edition of the Hero Men’s Asian Champions Trophy 2020 has been rescheduled to be held in Dhaka from March 11 to 19, 2021.

Bangladesh Hockey Federation will be the host of the tournament. Originally scheduled for November 2020, the event was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 situation.

The biennial event will take place at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Pakistan will come up against hosts Bangladesh, Japan, Malaysia, India, Singapore and South Korea with the top four in the round-robin advancing to the semi-finals.

India and Pakistan have both won the tournament three times as in 2018 where they were awarded the title jointly after consistent poor weather forced their final to be abandoned.

The top three winners of Men’s Junior Asia Cup will qualify for the next edition of Men’s Junior World Cup.
