SGA to hold Sindh Games 2020 in October
Sindh Games Association has announced to hold Sindh Games in October this year in the six major cities of the province, including Karachi, Larkana, Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur and Hyderabad.
The Sindh Games Association has announced to hold Sindh Games in October this year. A colourful opening ceremony of the Games will be held in Karachi while the closing ceremony will be held in Larkana.
This decision was taken in the meeting of Sindh Games Association which was directed over by President Sindh Games Association, Mudassir Razzaq Arain. After the meeting, President, Sindh Games Association, Mudassar Razzaq Arain told that Sindh Games Association has concurrently elected to hold Sindh Games in October this year in the meeting.
25 various Sports competitions for men and 20 for women competitions will be held in the six major cities of the province, including Karachi, Larkana, Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur and Hyderabad. He said that five sports competitions will be held in each city.
Mudassar Arain said that SGA has also been proposed to hold a cash award distribution ceremony to encourage the players who have got positions in the last Sindh Games and the players who have secured positions will register their names online.
He said that a meeting regarding preparations for arrangements of the Sindh Games would be held in Karachi next week. Presidents and Secretaries of Sindh Games Divisional Associations have been urged to attend the meeting.
