Aisam ul Haq Quershi & Britain’s Dominic Inglot set to take part in 2020 US Open
Pakistan's tennis dignitary Aisam ul Haq Quershi, alongside Britain’s Dominic Inglot, ranked 56th and 65th respectively, are set to take part in the US Open 2020.

The 2020 US Open is scheduled to begin on August 31st, running through Sept 13th in New York while Aisam will depart to America today (Tuesday).
The last appearance of the duo in a US tennis event was in February this year when it won the doubles title of New York Open, overcoming home pair of Steve Johnson and Reilly Opelka 7-6, 7-6.
The US Open men’s doubles draw will be announced the week of August 31st.
“It will be good to return to competitive tennis after a long lay off owing to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and I look forward to this event to display my best in the doubles event of the grand slam tournament,” Aisam told to APP.
To a question, Pakistan’s top international star said he had not decided yet to partake in the Cincinnati Open after his participation in the US Open.
“As part of travelling protocol, I underwent coronavirus test which was negative,” he disclosed.
Players at this year's tournament will be compensated with a total price of $53.4 million, which represents nearly 95% of the record amount that was distributed in 2019.
