Her love of the sport took her to Barcelona Tennis Academy in Spain while she was not quite 10 years old. She has trained at the academy in Barcelona several times. Since 2013, Mahin has featured in several juniors and seniors national championships and winning almost all the junior championships and did very well in seniors’ tournaments as well, where she faced Pakistan’s top talent.

During this course, she has played against and beaten all the top Pakistani female tennis players.
Unfortunately, Mahin injured her wrist with a hairline fracture and undergoing procedures. She believes that injuries are part of an athlete’s career and shouldn’t be considered the end of an athlete’s career. Mahin’s determination to bounce back from her debilitating injury is laudable.
