First-ever Online Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2020: Results
Pakistan Taekwondo Federation is organizing the first-ever Online Taekwondo Poomsae Championship from 15 to 22 May.
Pakistan Taekwondo Federation is organizing the first-ever Online Taekwondo Poomsae Championship from 15 to 22 May 2020 in which all Associations including Gilgit Baltistan / AJ&K and member of clubs which are registered with District, Provincial or National Federation are participating.
400 plus Taekwondo poomsae athletes are participating in the championship. Other than foreign-based Pakistani athletes, players belonging to other nationalities like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, USA, Jordan, Russia, India, Philippine, Kazakhstan, Sudan and Nepal are also featuring in this prestigious event.
Punjab is at the summit position with three gold, three silver and five bronze. Islamabad took one gold, one silver and four bronze. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa got two gold and one silver, while Sindh claimed one silver and two bronze. Balochistan picked one bronze.
In this online event Mr Omar Saeed, CE&MD Hankook & President SATA are sponsoring the event and distributed Medals, Shields, Certificates, Cash Prizes and honorarium for coaches.
