KBBA names trials and selection committees
Karachi Basketball Association has announced the members of the trial committees which have been tasked with selection of team for National Girls Basketball Championship.
The basketball trials for the selection of National Girls Basketball Championship will be held on March 5 while the final trials for the boys team will be held on March 12 at the Abdul Nasir Arambagh courts.
The decision was announced after a key meeting of the Karachi Basketball Association (KBBA) held under the Presidentship of Ghulam Mohammad Khan.
A trials committee for both boys and girls was also formed by KBBA which will be headed by association secretary Tariq Hussain.
The selection committee for girls championship will be headed by Zahid Malik and includes Zaeema Khatoon and Zafar Iqbal as members.
It was also decided that the Inter-Club Boys Basketball tournament will be held from March 3-10 which will serve as the selection criteria for the B-grade Boys Basketball Championship.
