Peshawar romp to victory to seal 4th KP T-20 Blind Cricket Cup

Peshawar claimed the 4th Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Twenty 20 Blind Cricket Cup trophy after hammering Attock in the final played at Hayatabad Sports Complex, Peshawar.

Peshawar defeated Attock in the final of the 4th Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Twenty20 Blind Cricket Cup played at Hayatabad Sports Complex. 

Peshawar, after winning the toss and electing to bat first, set a mammoth total of 222 runs for the loss of three wickets with the help of an elegant century scored by Mohsin.

Mohsin smashed every bowler to come his way and displayed some classic batting skills to remain unbeaten on 104 runs. 

In reply Attock struggled from the very beginning and lost wickets at regular intervals.

Moshin haunted Attock with the ball as well, claiming three wickets.

Amir Khan was the top scorer for the chasing side with only 16 runs as Attock were all out for 98 runs in 12.5 overs.

Moshin Khan was rightfully declared the Man of the Final.

Syed Sultan Shah, Chairman Pakistan Blind Cricket Council, Deputy Director Social Welfare Special Education and Women Empowerment Madam Nusrat Jabeen, Officer in charge, Hassan Tariq, Marketing Bank of Khyber, Ehtisham Khan Khattak, Area Sales Manager Shama Cooking Oil and Banaspati, Javed Yousaf Ali and Nazeer Shah, Deputy Director Special Education Complex and Rizwan Ahmad, Officer in charge Special Education Complex were the guests and distributed prizes amongst the players.

Players of the Tournament were awarded to B1: Muhammad Sohail (Attock), B2: Haroon Khan (Peshawar), B3: Naeem Ullah (Peshawar) while Best wicket-keeper went to Muhammad Waseem (Peshawar).
