In a thrilling and nail-biting contest, they overcame India’s Rohan Bopanna and Uzbekistan’s Denis Istomin 7-6(5), 7-6(5).
Earlier in the quarter-final, Aisam and his partner caused the biggest upset of the tournament as they beat the top-seeded team of Robert Lindstedt of Sweden and Dominic Inglot of the UK 6-3, 7-6 (4).
Czech Republic’s Pavic and New Zealand’s Michael Venus will face Argentina’s M. Gonzalez and Guillermo Duran in the other semi-final.
