PCB, BCB announce squads for first test match

Pakistan and Bangladesh Cricket Boards have announced the squads for the first of two ICC World Test Championship Tests which will be held in Rawalpindi from 7th to 11th February.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced the squad for the first of the two ICC World Test Championship Tests against Pakistan.

The first Test will be held in Rawalpindi from 07-11 February.

The Bangladesh Team is scheduled to leave Dhaka for Islamabad on 04 February. The second Test will be in Karachi from 05-09 April: 

Bangladesh Squad:

Mominul Haque (Captain), Tamim Iqbal, Saif Hasan, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mahmud Ullah, Md Mithun, Litton Kumer Das, Taijul Islam, Nayeem Hasan, Ebadat Hossain, Abu Jayed Chowdhury Rahi, Al-Amin Hossain, Rubel Hossain, Soumya Sarker.

Meanwhile PCB selectors have recalled off-spinner Bilal Asif at the back of his 43 wickets in nine Quaid-e-Azam Trophy matches, while Faheem Ashraf has been drafted in the side due to his all-round skills that were backed by his six wickets in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final against Northern. 

Two changes have been made in the side that was named for the two ICC World Test Championship Tests against Sri Lanka. Kashif Bhatti and Usman Shinwari have been left out.
