Three more matches decided in All Karachi Prof. Ejaz Khan Cricket tournament

Three more matches of Prof. Ejaz Farooqi Cricket Tournament have been decided.

Al-Rehaman C.C, Rizvia Sports and Pak-Star C.C registered their first victories of the tournament at various venues of Karachi.

In the first game of the day, Al-Rehman C.C overcame Islam Gymkhana by 7 wickets at CCA stadium, Karachi.

Batting first, Islam Gymkhana was bowled out for 179 in 39.4 overs. Inam-Ullah and Muhammad Naeem were the major contributors to  the score as they managed to add 49* and 46 runs to the total. Al-Rehman CC managed to chase down the target in 30.3 overs for the loss of 3 wickets thanks to Abbas Zaidi's innings of 56 not out.

In the second match played at TMC ground, Rizvia sports defeated New Singam CC by 9 wickets.

New Singam were dismissed for just 84 runs in 19.5 overs as Rashid Awan ran ragged, taking six wickets for just 17 runs. In reply, Rizvia sports managed to chase down the target for the loss of just a single wicket.

The final match of the day was played at Landhi Gymkhana between Munawar sports and Pak-Star CC where despite Adbul Razzak's century Pak-Star won the contest by 4 wickets.

Batting first, on the back of Abdul Razzak's 108, Munawar sports managed to put 202 runs on the board before being bowled out in 39.3 overs. Pak-Star C.C then managed to chase down the target through a collective batting effort to secure a 4 wicket win for their side. 

Abdul Rehman, Shamrez Jan and Abdul Hadi contributed 44, 43 and 42 runs to take their side through.
