Four matches decided in the All Karachi Professor Ejaz Farooqi Invitational Cricket Tournament

Pak Shaheen Cricket Club, Sun Cricket Club, New Paramount Cricket Club and North Shire Cricket Club won their respective matches of Professor Ejaz Farooqi Invitational Cricket Tournament being played in Karachi.

Four more matches were decided in the All Karachi Professor Ejaz Farooqi Invitational Cricket Tournament at Karachi with Pak Shaheen Cricket Club, Sun Cricket Club, New Paramount Cricket Club and North Shire Cricket Club winning their respective matches.

In the first match of the day on TMC cricket ground, Pak Sheen overcame Pak Flag Cricket club by 3 wickets after an exciting match. 

Pakistan Flag Cricket Club won the toss and batted first before being bowled out for 265 runs in 44.3 overs. Sabih Ahmed scored 86 runs to top the charts while Hasan Ali added 62.

Pak Shaheen managed to chase the total in 42. 5 over for the loss of seven wickets thanks to Saifullah's 69 and Nazim Mohammad's 42 not out.

The second game was played at the KMC Cricket Ground where Sun Cricket Club defeated Z.A. Sports by ten wickets in a one sided affair.

Z.A. Sports, batting first, scored just 49 runs in 16.3 overs. Abdul Rehman top scored for his side with 13 runs. Saqib Khan took 6 wickets for just 23 runs. In reply, Sun C.C easily reached the target without any loss as Mohammad Nafay scored 45 runs. 

In the third match played at Pak Star Ground Malir, New Paramount Cricket Club defeated United Gymkhana by 66 runs.

New Paramount were all out in 39.5 overs after scoring 190 runs Imad Rafeeq top scored for his side with 50 while Farhad Ali contributed 38 runs to the total. In reply, United Gymkhana could only score 124 runs before being bowled out in 32.2 overs. Abdul Rafae scored 70 runs for his side but could not prevent his team from losing as Aftab Alam picked 5 wickets for just 19 runs to see his side through.

In the final match played at KCA Stadium. North Shire cricket club defeated Young Cooperators Sports Club by 8 wickets.

Batting first, Young Cooperators Sports Club managed to score just 88 runs before being bowled out as Saif Yamin obliterated the batting side with 5 wickets for just 27 runs. North Shire C.C managed to chase down the total for the loss of just two wickets thanks to Muhamamd Tahir and Hasan Kashif who both scored 29 runs each.
