Eight players qualify for Serena Hotels National Ranking Tennis C'ships main round
Eight players have qualified for the main round of men’s singles category of Serena Hotels National Ranking Tennis Championships in Islamabad.
A total of 48 matches were played on the opening day of 5th edition of Serena Hotels National Ranking Tennis Tournament 2020 at Senator Dilawar Abbas PTF Complex, Islamabad.
In men’s singles final qualifying round matches, eight players comprising of: Jibran-ul-Haq, Imran Bhatti, Ibrahim Omer, Arham Attique, Subhan bin Salik, Ahmed Asjad Qureshi, Mian Bilal and Aqib Hayat were triumphant.
In the qualifying round of boys’ under-18 singles, Hamza Asim beat Abdullah Rehman 8-2 and Azan Sajid defeated Abdullah Rashid 8-6.
