Balochistan continues to dominate Sindh Balochistan Goodwill Boxing series
Total 16 contests were held on the second day of the Sindh Balochistan Goodwill Boxing series in which pugilists from Balochistan won 9 bouts against 7 by Sindh.
Day two of the Sindh Balochistan Goodwill boxing series concluded at Ustaad Abdullah Baloch boxing stadium, Lyari with 16 bouts being contested by boxers from Sindh and Balochistan.
The boxers from each province showed immense skill, strategy and heart to steal the show.
A total of 16 fights were contested on the second day of the series in which 9 bouts were won by the boxers from Balochistan to maintain their overall lead over Sindh, while 7 bouts went in the favour of Sindh's fighters.
Tayyab-ullah started the proceedings for Balochistan by defeating Shoaib of Sindh in a 44 Kg contest. In the same 44 Kg category, Sardak of Sindh defeated his province-mate Farhad.
In the 46 Kg category Sindh's Tabdik and Gulzar defeated their respective opponents while Saifullah of Blaochistan also managed to win his bout.
During the 48 Kg fights, Habib-Ullah of Balochistan defeated Khayal Khan of the same province while Shams-Ullah also over his Baloch province-mate, Nouman.
Sindh's Hamdan managed to defeat Balochistan's Abdul Wahab in a 50 Kg bout.
In the 52 Kg category Ameen-Ullah, Muzamil and Qasim of Balochistan emerged victorious from their bouts.
Balochistan got one over Sindh in the 57 Kg category when Jawad out-dueled Muhammad Ahmed.
In 75 Kg contest, Mohammad Awais of Balochistan ousted Ilyas Khan to make way into the next round.
