Kazuya Yagi leaves for Japan after being impressed by Baseball talent in Pakistan
Japanese baseball coach Mr. Kazuya Yagi returned to Japan after a successful two day visit of Pakistan's after being impressed by existing talent in the country.
On the invitation of Pakistan Federation Baseball, Japanese baseball coach Mr. Kazuya Yagi visited Pakistan for two days.
Executive Director Pakistan Federation Baseball Mr. Haseeb Muhammad, Director Youth Baseball Pakistan Dr. Shaheen Gulrez, International Baseball Player Tariq Nadeem and Vice Captain of Pakistan U-12 Baseball Team Qasim Hamid welcomed the Japanese Coach at Benazir International Airport Islamabad.
Kazuya Yagi, who is responsible for training youngsters in Japan, visited the Islamabad Baseball Academy on the first day and watched the players' training sessions and also gave them useful tips about the game, especially to the pitchers.
Talking on the occasion, the Japanese coach said that he was very happy to come to Pakistan and that Pakistan has the best baseball talent that needs regular training.
Mr. Kazuya Yagi visited Yar Hussain Baseball Academy in Sawabi on the second day to watch baseball training drills and a friendly game.
After the match, the Japanese coach mingled with the players and gave them useful tips. He said that if these players were given regular training for two to three months, the player would put Pakistan's name on the map.
He praised Wisal Muhammad's efforts for development of baseball in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and said that running an academy in a region like Swabi is a compliment.
Speaking on the occasion, the President of the Academy, Wisal Mohammad, thanked the Japanese coach Mr. Kazuya Yagi and hoped that the players of the academy got a chance to learn from him. He added that the academy was established under the KP Baseball Association in collaboration with Pakistan Federation Baseball. Despite having no sponsors, the Federation has given every possible help to the Association to run the Academy. He also thanked Federation President Syed

The Japanese coach left for Japan from Islamabad after his two day visit.
