Stunning Tayyab Aslam jumps to 51st spot in PSA rankings

All of Pakistan’s top squash players have improved their international rankings at the start the new year.

According to the rankings released by Professional Squash Association (PSA) for January, Tayyab Aslam has jumped to 51st spot from 61.

Tayyab recently won $10,000 Sindh Squash Championship and Serena-Huawei Pakistan International Squash Championship 2019 that helped improve his international ranking.

Asim Khan improved one spot to be ranked 76th in the world.

The runner-up of recently concluded Serena-Huawei Pakistan International Squash Championship 2019, Farhan Mehboob rose to 98th from 99th but failed to win any event in 2019. 

Ammad Fareed moved to 112 from 114 and Farhan Zaman jumped to 129 from 145.

Danish, who was the finalist in the Sindh Squash Championship last month, jumped to 151 from 201. Israr Ahmed also improved to 152 from 161.
