Talented Muhammad Irfan claimed the wheelchair tennis title at the 60th SSB Development Series Tennis Championship 2019 at Union Club, Karachi.
Muhammad Irfan won wheelchair tennis final at the 60th SSB Development Series Tennis Championship 2019 at Union Club Karachi.
In the final Irfan defeated Muhammad Ayub by 5-3.
It was another milestone victory for Irfan who has won all wheelchair tennis competitions held this year.
In the men's singles quarter final, Shariq Ramzan beat Salman Lari 6-1, 6-2.
In under-11 quarter-finals, Samir Zaman thrashed Hassan Farhan 4-0, 4-0 and Ahsan Ahmed smashed Shamyal Asif 4-0, 4-0.
In the round robin of under-17 category, Ghafran Faiz beat Raheel Shabber 6-0, 6-1 and Raheel Shabber defeated Faraz 6-4, 6-3.
Ibrahim overpowered Faraz 6-1, 1-6, 10-8 and Ghufran Fiaz beat Faraz 8-1, while Ashar got walkover against Faraz.
Ibrahim Nouman clinched the under-15 title of the 60th SSB Development Series Tennis Championship 2019.

M Ali defeated Shoaib Abbas 6-4, 6-1 in the second round of men’s singles.

In the second round of under-9 singles, Zayd Zaman beat Hassan Farhan 4-1, 5-3.
The pair of Aqeel Shabbir and Murad Khan beat the duo of Kanit and Ameer Hamza 8-2 in the round-robin match of men’s doubles.
Ibrahim Qureshi beat Basim Ali 4-1, 4-1 in the first round of under-13 singles.
