Pakistan women's cricket team lost a third consecutive T20 international match against England by 26 runs at Kinrara Oval cricket ground, Kuala Lumpur to be swept in the three match series three nil.

As it has been the case in all three games, England batted first after winning the toss and put up 170 runs on the board for the loss of 3 wickets, after a collective effort from their batters.

England started aggressively once again as opener Danielle Wyatt continued her good form hitting 25 runs off 15 balls before being dismissed by Diana Baig.

Pakistan found no respite despite the breakthrough as Amy Jones and captain Heater Knight added 81 runs for the second wicket to put pressure on Pakistani bowlers.

Jones became the second wicket to fall on the day as she was caught off Umaima Sohails bowling. She managed to score 37 runs off 35 balls courtesy of 5 fours.

Heather Knight went back to the pavilion soon after as she became Diana Baig's second wicket. The captain managed to top score for her side with 43.

After 118, England did not surrender any wickets as Fran Wilson and Tammy Beaumont added quickfire 29 and 23 runs to take England's total to 170 for 3 in 20 overs.

For Pakistan, Diana Baig picked up two wickets while Umaima Sohail accounted for the third.

In reply, Pakistan rode Javeria Khan's 57 to finish with 144 runs for the loss of five wickets on the board, falling 26 runs short of the target.

Pakistan's openers Nahida Khan and Ayesha Zafar only managed to score 8 and 9 runs respectively before Javeria Khan steadied the innings somewhat.

Bishmah Maroof and Umaima Sohail lent a helping hand to Javeria with 17 and 16 runs but with asking rate rising, both the batters perished.

Javeria Khan solidified her stature in Pakistan women's team with an unbeaten 57 runs off 46 balls, the highest in the game.

Her efforts fell short as Pakistan could only score 144 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs, losing the contest by 26 runs.

For England, leg spinner Sarah Glenn and pacer Anya Shrubsole finished with two wickets each.

Pakistan lost the T20 series 3-0 after earlier losing the one day series 2-0.
