14th Korean Ambassador National Taekwondo Championship begins today
Total 13 teams have lined up to compete in the 2019 edition of Korean Ambassador National Taekwondo Championship which is all set to roll into action from today at Amir Khan Boxing Hall, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
Pakistan Taekwondo Federation is all set to hold yet another edition of Korean Ambassador National Taekwondo Championship, into the current year, which will mark its 14th successful edition.
The said event will have competitions in both male and female categories, where the fighters will compete against each other in a total of 8 different weight classes which are stated below:
Men's Division: Under 58 KG, Under 68 KG, Under 80 KG and Over 80 KG.
Women's Division: Under 49 KG, Under 57 KG, Under 68 KG and Over 68 KG.
While the Senior Poomsae competitions will be contested under the following weight categories:

For Mix creative Poomsae Group of individuals must comprise of 5 Male / 5 Female / 5 Mix (Male / Female) athletes.
Provision of following by each athlete has been set mandatory especially WT Global License and no athlete will be allowed to compete in the event without PTF / Kukkiwon Dan Certificate and WTF Global License.
The registration fee for each athlete is Rs. 500/- only and the valid National Global License is mandatory for the participation and fee of said license is US 5 Dollars per athlete. The competitions will have fights contested under WT Competition Rules while the method for the competitions would be: Single Elimination System.
