Pakistan bags 2 Gold & 2 Bronze in South Asian Games Shooting events
Men's shooting team secured two Gold and two Bronze in the shooting events at ongoing 13th edition of South Asian Games 2019, which are being held in Kathmandu and Pokhara, Nepal.

The shooting trio of Ghufran Adil (1152 pts), Aqib Latif (1135 pts) and Zeeshan Shakir (1134 pts) excelled in the rifle team event and were on song with some great marksmanship to win Gold medal in 3-Position 50 M Rifle Men Team event.
The other team gold came in Centre Fire Pistol while the team were comprised of Khalil Akhtar, Ghulam Mustafa Bashir and Maqbool.
Rajanpur-born Khalil Akhter who will also suite up for Tokyo Olympics 2020, got a bronze in singles event with total points of 574-12x in 25 Meter Center Fire Pistol Men event.
Another Pakistani marksman Ghufran Adil secured bronze in 50 Meter Rifle 3 Men's event with total points of 443.8.
