STA to hold 4th Sindh Sports Board Wheelchair Coaching Camp
Sindh Tennis Association with the collaboration of Para Sports Pakistan will organize the 4th Sindh Sports Board Wheelchair Coaching Camp from Saturday 30th November 2019 at Union Club, Karachi.
Sindh Tennis Association with the collaboration of Para Sports Pakistan will organize the 4th Sindh Sports Board Wheelchair Coaching Camp from Saturday 30th November 2019 at Union Club Karachi.
Sindh Sports Board has sponsored the 3 month long coaching camp.
Coaching sessions shall be held every Sunday for three hours from 10 am to 1 pm. It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan Tennis Federation has donated four Tennis wheelchairs to Sindh tennis association and Chief of joint Staff also announce six wheelchairs for PTF which are expected to be delivered to PTF soon.
Moreover Para Sports Pakistan is on to manufacture Tennis Wheelchairs locally to accommodate more players in the camps. The work on that has already been started.
On Saturday organizers will select 8 to 10 Wheelchair Tennis players for the camp.
All wheelchair players and Wheelchair related organizations of Karachi are invited to send deserving players for trials at 10 am ,
Selection Committee comprises of Muhammad Khalid Rehmani,( Vice President PTF (Wheelchair) Dr. Nadia Razaq Secretary Para Sports Pakistan , Ishrat Zehra, Vice President Para Sports Pakistan and Aqeel Shabbir.( Coach) .
Selected players shall be entitled to conveyance allowance .
At the conclusion of the camp a tournament for wheelchair Tennis players shall be held and participation certificates shall be awarded
