Pakistan blind cricket team registers third successive victory against England

Pakistan blind cricket team defeated England by 76 runs in the 3rd International T-20 played at Ajman Oval Cricket Ground, UAE.

Pakistan blind cricket team outplayed England again in 3rd International T-20 played at Ajman Oval Cricket Ground, UAE by 76 runs to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the six match series.

History was made at the Oval, when Pakistan and England played their first ever T-20 game under the floodlights.

The toss favoured England and Ed Hossell, England Team Captain, without any hesitation opted to bowl first to avoid the late night due factor.

Pakistani openers kept scoring at a brisk rate. Nisar and Muhammad Akram knitted 214 runs for the 1st wicket partnership.

Nisar was the first to go after scoring 84 runs off 58 balls. Muhammad Akram played fluently for his unbeaten 105 runs off 65 balls hitting 12 fours in the process.

Raisat Khan was run out on zero and Badar Munir struck a six on the only ball he played.

Pakistan finished with a massive scoreline of 227 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 20 overs.

Ed Hossell was the only bowler to claim the wicket for the fielding side.

Target of 228 runs proved too much for England and their batting line up again failed to make any impression once again.

At the half way stage in their innings England were reeling at 64 for 5.

Sam Murray made 16, Dean Field 18, Nathan Foy 2, Andy Powers 8, Mathew Dean 2, Peter Bulliet 12, Nathan Jamson 8 and Nonat Black got out after scoring 8 runs.

Ed Hossell remained unbeaten on 36 runs.

England could only managed 158 runs from their 20 overs conceding the game by 76 runs.

Pakistan took an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series.

Muhammad Akram for his wonderful hundred was awarded the man of the match honours.

The 4th T20 International will be played on 16th November at the same ground.
