Baseball-5 Coaching and Training Workshop 2019 successfully wrapped up
Baseball-5 Coaching and Training Workshop 2019 organized by Pakistan Baseball Federation (PBF) concluded successfully at National Coaching Center in Karachi.
Pakistan Baseball Federation (PBF) organized a workshop on Baseball-5 coaching and training at National Coaching Center in Karachi where several players were provided a chance to enhance their skills and to learn more of the sport.
President, Pakistan Olympic Association (POA), Lt Gen Arif Hassan was also present at the time who appreciated the holding of the mentioned workshop and said that it would help a lot in promotion of the game in the region.
Addressing the participants of the workshop via video a link, he also appreciated the efforts of Softball Federation of Pakistan (SFP) and its Secretary General, Asif Azeem for organizing the coaching and training event at schools, colleges and varsities level which will definitely help improve the capacity and capability of the softball/baseball players.
He hoped that such coaching events would help produce the best Pakistani squad for B-5 Asia Cup that is to be held next year.
The sports teachers of educational institutions from Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and other cities of the province attended the workshop among others. Workshop Director, Murad Hussain and Coordinator, Shiraz Asif conducted the training workshop and informed the participants about the history, latest techniques, rules and other relevant information about the game.
