'The Asian Boy' Usman Wazeer's next fight schedule for 22nd November in Dubai

Young boxing sensation, Usman Wazeer is all geared up for his third professional fight which is scheduled to be held on 22nd November in UAE.

Gilgit-born, Pakistani boxer, Usman Wazeer's next fight has been announced for 22nd November while his opponent fighter is yet to be decided,but is expected to be either from Thailand or England.

"The Asian Boy" will leave for UAE tomorrow where he will start training for his upcoming fight the day after that will continue for three weeks whose expenditures will be borne by the British-Pakistani boxer, Amir Khan. 

Usman needs to train with American coach in Dubai, as his three coaches are busy with academy affairs in Pakistan. Young Usman is targeting the WBC Youth title, that he will be able to fight for after winning three fights as he will be amongst top 5 in world rankings. 

The 20 year old boxer said,

“It is my dream to become first ever Pakistani WBC Youth World Champion. It badly hurts to see Pakistani flags among the WBC countries, but none of the Pakistani winning the title."

Usman is a prodigy from Amir Khan Academy in Islamabad and made it to his two professional fights with the support of Amir Khan, as the young boxer's exceptional skills impressed none-other than the "King" Amir Khan himself, who has been backing Usman for his international fights since.

“Amir Khan has always taken good care of me, from boarding, lodging to accommodation. He always pays everything although I do a have few sponsors but without his all-out support, I could have never fulfilled my dream of becoming a professional boxer." Usman asserted
Former WBC Champion, Amir Khan was of the view that,
"Usman is an exceptional talent and I hope he will win his next bout as well. The coaches have prepared schedule for him and he could face either Philippines, Thailand or arch rivals Indian boxer on November 22. I am willing to not only support Usman, but also other exceptional talented boxers form Pakistan. It is my aim to promote boxing in Pakistan and help the country of my forefathers produce number of champions.”
