Alpha School & College Sports Festival 2019: Day 1 results
Total ten different sports competitions are being contested in the 2019 Alpha School & College Sports Festival which began yesterday in Karachi.
Alpha College welcomed 50 profound schools and colleges of Karachi at the colorful opening ceremony of Alpha School & College Sports Festival 2019 that was inaugurated by the honorable chief guests, Ms Yasmeen Bhatti, Dean Alpha College alongside Sir Gohar Rasheed, Sports Manager IBA.
The said event is hosting students from all over Karachi in 10 different sports in Under-17 and Under-19 age categories.
Following are the DAY 1 results:
- Under 17 Event FUTSAL:
*Happy Home School VS Alpha High School – Draw
*River Oaks School VS Karachi Public School – River Oaks School won by 3-2 score.
*Shahwilayat School VS Generations School - Generations School won by 4-1 score.
*Veritas Schooling System VS Bayview High School – Veritas Schooling System won by 5-0 score.
*BSS:Discovery Center VS Alpha Core School:BSS - Discovery Center won by 1-0 score.
*Aisha Bawany School System VS Hexis School - Aisha Bawany School System won by 9-3 score.
*River Oaks Academy VS Avicenna School - River Oaks School won by 2-0 score.
- Under 19 Event FUTSAL:
*Sceptre College VS Alpha College – Alpha college A won by 4-1 score.
*The Lyceum School VS Liaquat Medical College – The Lyceum School won by 8-1 score.
*Cedar College (B) VS Commecs College - Commecs College won by 4-2 score.
- Event Counter Strike: Under 17/19:
*Alpha College A VS Cordoba College - Alpha College won by 32-4.
*Alpha high School VS Alcott College – Alpha High School won 16-2
*Alpha College B VS Toronto School – Alpha College B won by a walkover.
*Reads College Gulshan VS Avicenna School – Reads College Gulshan won by 15-0
*Alcott College VS Alpha Core School – Alcott College won by 16-11.
*Alpha College VS The Lyceum School - Alpha College won by 16-1.
