Remington Pharma defeated Barry’s 8-6½. Saqib Khakwani smashed four goals for the winners, Taimoor Ali Malik hammered a hat-trick and Lt Col Omer Minhas chipped in with one goal.
For the losing side, which had one-and-a-half goal handicap, Omer Malhi recorded a hat-trick while Nafees Barry added one.
Meanwhile, Master Paints overpowered Diamond Paints/Newage Cables 9-6½. The match was evenly poised for the first three chukkers as the score remained equal but in the fourth and last chukker, Master Paints slammed in three goals to win.
Bilal Haye emerged as top scorer from the winning side as he contributed four goals, while Farooq Ameen Sufi hammered a hat-trick, Mustafa Monno and Farasat Ali Chatha hit one goal apiece.
From the losing side, Mir Huzaifa Ahmed and Adnan Jalil Azam scored a brace each while Mir Shoaib Ahmad and Alman Jalil Azam had a goal apiece.
