Punjab College beat Superior College 5-0 to become Champions of Intercollegiate Hockey Lahore

Punjab College of Commerce becomes the champion of Intercollegiate Lahore after thrashing Superior College by 5-0 to win the Intercollegiate Hockey Championship 2019 held in Lahore.

Punjab College of Commerce becomes the champion of Intercollegiate Lahore as they thrashed Superior College by 5-0 to win the Intercollegiate Hockey Championship 2019 held in Lahore. 

From the beginning of the match, the passionate team of Punjab College of Commerce started spiteful attacks on the Superior College team as Arshad Liaquat scored a goal in the fourth minute of the match with an individual effort.  

Adroit Arshad Liaquat scored another beautiful goal to double his team's lead. On the other side, the Superior College team was not able to handle at all as Punjabians continued to score one goal after another.

Ahmed Nadeem, Mudassar Ramadan and Habibur Rahman scored one goal each for Punjab College of Commerce.

The coaches of Punjab College of Commerce were Salman Siddique and manager Abdul Sattar while Superior College coach Ijaz Ahmed and Anwar Shah supervised the match as manager.

The umpires of this match were International player Yasser Khurshid, Banish Biyat and Mubashar Ali Chata. The tournament director was Shafqat Hussain Malik. 

At the end of the final match, the chief guest, Mr. Zia Sabitin, Director of Intermediate Secondary Board of Education, Lahore distributed prizes among the players and gave cash prizes to the team winning team.
