Second seed Huzaifa overcame Nepal’s Aryan Giri 6-1, 6-0 while sixth seed Shoaib Khan outclassed Uzbek opponent Shamsutdinov Oybekimirzo with the final score line of 6-2, 6-0.
Top seed Daniel Wenn (GBR), 2nd seed Huzaifa Abdul Rehman (PAK), 3rd seed Min-Joon KIM (KOR), 6th seed Shoaib Khan (PAK), Dong Hwan (KOR), Yu-Shun Lai (TPE), Chen-Yu Lu (TPE) and Gunuk Kang (KOR) advanced into the quarter finals of Boy’s Singles event.
In Girls event top seed Aysegul Mert (TUR), 2nd seed Valitova Arina (RUS), 3rd seed Meshkatolzahra Safi (IRI) 4th seed Ji Woo Choi (KOR), 6th seed Khanloo Mahta (IRI), 7th seed Soo Ha Jang (KOR), 8th seed Hannah Kaile Shen (HKG) and unseeded Thouard Clemence (FRA) moved in the quarter finals by beating their respective opponents in the pre-quarter finals.

Chairman Board welcome all the players especially foreign players, parents, coaches from UK, France, Russia, Germany, Chinese Ti Pae, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Iran, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Maldova along with our national players and look forward to positive exciting competitive and fun filled experience in the coming days of the Championships.
Other distinguish guests, Mr. Salim Saifullah Khan President PTF, Mr. Tariq Mehmood Murtaza, President Islamabad Tennis Association, Mr. Khawar Hyat Khan SEVP, Col. Gul Rehman Secretary, PTF, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Nadeem General Secretary SNGPL Sports Cell, were also attended the functions.
