Pakistan team overpowered Bhutan by 2-3 to claim the bronze. Earlier Pakistan lost to India by 5-0. Pakistan team were placed in Group A along India and Bhutan.

Top seed India's team secured the leading spot of team event while Sri Lanka team sealed the second place and Nepal and Pakistan finished at 3rd position of the mixed team event.
Pakistan team were comprised of current National Champion Qari Adnan and most talented female Mahvish Khan along Amin and Raja Zulqarnain from Punjab.
Qari Adnan is the current National Junior Champion besides winning the titles of the National Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 while Mahvish Khan is the Provincial Champion and she also made an upsetting during the trials by defeating top seeded players.
