SEECS Futsal League 2019 set to kick off from 21st October
Several talented players would feature in the 2019 SEECS Futsal League which is all set to roll into action from 21st October at NUST Mix Sports Ground in Islamabad.
NUST-SEECS Student Government Association (SGA) will be hosting the SEECS Futsal League which is scheduled to kick start from the 21st of October 05:30 PM sharp.
It is a five a side tournament with three rolling subs and a rule of: one player can play for one team only. Each match will be played under Standard Futsal Rules and referee's decision would be considered final on the field.
This event is open only for SEECSians and will be played in knockout format. Each match will consist of two 15 minutes halves and teams have been requested to appear in their proper kits each day.
Cash prizes along with trophies are the attractions for the winner teams of this tournament which can be increased depending on number of teams.
Other Rules and Regulations of this event includes:
1. Indirect kick-in's, keeper throws within own half, and other on field rules will be made clear before every kickoff.
2. Red card results in dismissal of the player from the game and the team will continue with 4 players for the next 5 minutes.
3. 3 penalties each (followed by sudden death) to decide the winner in case of a draw, with no extra time.
4. Not following any of the regulations mentioned above or informed otherwise by the management will automatically result in disqualification without refund.
5. Rules are subject to change in case of unprecedented circumstances.
