Noticeable number of chess players are expected to part take in theSyed Zahid Gillani Memorial Chess Tournament 2019 (National Rated) which is scheduled to be held on 13th October at PSB Coaching Center in Lahore.

Chess Association of Punjab (CAP) and PAK Chess Club (PCC) in collaboration with Chess Federation of Pakistan are all set to organize another mega chess event, into the current year, which has Syed Zahid Gillani Memorial Chess Tournament (National Rated)".
This event will be hosted by Chess Association of Punjab (CAP) and is open to all players as no age/gender restriction has been applied.
This event is open to all players as no age/gender restriction has been applied. Total rounds will be seven with time control of 15+10 and the competitions will begin at sharp 11:00 AM to continue till 06:00 PM.

This time, a huge cash prize of Rupees 37,000 has been set up among which, the title winner would be awarded with 10,000 Rupees and the Runner-up will get Rupees 7,000. Third position holder will settle for 5,000 Rupees whereas 4th spot taker would bag Rupees 3,000.
Rupees 2,000 will be given to the 5th and 6th position holders and Rupees 15,000/- would be collected by 7th to 12th positions takers.
