Australian Football Coaching Program 2019 concludes successfully
One of the leading Australian Football League coaches, Michael Gallus landed in Pakistan to conduct introductory and practice sessions in several cities.
The Australian Football Coaching Program that was organised by Australian Football League (AFL) Sindh successfully wound, whose final session was held at IBA University.
A primary school teacher for twenty-five years in Melbourne, Michael Gallus came to Pakistan to conduct introductory and practice sessions for interested players, coaches and sports teachers here.
Michael Gellus, the top-notch coach of Australian Football League, conducted practice exercises where several football lovers were given training sessions to which Gellus said that he was impressed by the talent of boys and girls who took part in the sessions and hoped that they will represent Pakistan soon
Gallus' also gave lectures in universities which talked about the role of sport and how it can provide positive pathways in life and promote the cross-cultural relationship between Australia and Pakistan.
Perwaiz Ahmed Shaikh, Secretary AFL Sindh and Syed Mohammad Nadeem also coordinated the sessions with the coach that proved beneficial for the Pakistani players as they hope to compete in the AFL World Cup 2020 in Australia.
