Pakistan Taekwondo Federation set to conduct Olympic Solidarity Technical Courses next month

Pakistan Taekwondo Federation is going to hold Olympic Solidarity Technical Courses in Pakistan from 7 to 13 October at Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

Pakistan Taekwondo Federation is all set hold Olympic Solidarity Technical Courses in Khyrougi and Poomsae in Pakistan for Taekwondo Coaches which is being allocated by International Olympic Council with the cooperation of Pakistan Olympic Association.

As many as 150 to 200 Coaches from all the provinces of the country would participate in this prestigious course which include: Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir along with different departments i.e Pakistan Army, Pakistan WAPDA, Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Police and Pakistan Railways.

In this regard, World Taekwondo Federation has nominated to Mahdavi Hafez, Referee Iran Taekwondo Federation, Chairman (Khyrougi/Poomsae) and Vice Chairman of Asian Taekwondo Union to conduct this course.

The conduct of said course will provide a good opportunity to improve techniques and skills of Pakistani coaches as well as to present a soft image of the nation so that it would be possible to to open doors for the International Teams to visit the country.

The Chief Organizer of this course is Murtaza Hassan Bangash, Secretary General PTF. The qualified coaches of Pakistan, Mr Shahzada Muhammad Asif, Syed Sadaqat Hussain, Miss Najia Rasool and Mr Aamar Masood will act as a helping hand for Mr Mahdavi Hafez to conduct this course successfully.
